1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebFullHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WebFullHost provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services from our Sydney data centre. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Hosting malicious software, phishing pages, or spam content
• Activities that violate applicable Australian laws or regulations
• Distributing unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system
• Running processes that consume excessive server resources

5. Payment & Billing

All hosting plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Domain registration fees are non-refundable. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) in AUD. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

7. Data & Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss. Backups are retained for the duration specified in your plan.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content you upload to our servers remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebFullHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days after which it may be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
