WebFulHost accounts have two separate logins, and it's easy to mix them up. This guide lists every set of login details, where to find them, and what to do if you lose one.

Your welcome email
After your order is activated you'll receive a welcome email containing your full account details. Look for:
- Your client area login
- Your cPanel web address (the URL to open cPanel)
- Your cPanel username
- Your cPanel password (or a link to set one)
- Your assigned nameservers

- Log into your client area.
- Open the services section for the hosting account in question.
- Look for a "cPanel login" or "access cPanel" button — many control panels let you reset the password from here.
