cPanel is the control panel for your WebFulHost hosting account. It's where you manage files, email, databases, domains and security. Logging in takes less than a minute once you have your details.
Before you start
You need three things:
- The cPanel web address (URL) for your account
- Your cPanel username
- Your cPanel password
All three were in your welcome email. If you don't have them handy, follow How to Find Your Hosting Login Details first.
Where is my cPanel address?
Your cPanel address is sent to you in your welcome email, and there are two forms depending on your setup:
- Before your domain points to WebFulHost:
https://server.sitetheidea.com:2083 - After your domain connects:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel(for example, https://neurospark.academy/cpanel for the domain neurospark.academy)
You can also reach cPanel from the client area — the services section for your account normally includes a direct cPanel login link.
How to log in
- Open the cPanel address in your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox all work).
- On the login screen, enter your cPanel username in the first field.
- Enter your cPanel password in the second field.
- Click Log in (or press Enter).
- You'll see the cPanel dashboard with icons for Files, Email, Databases, Domains and more.
Can I log in from my phone?
Yes. cPanel has a responsive interface that works on phones and tablets. Log in through your browser as normal — no app is required.
Having trouble logging in?
- Check for simple typos in your username and password.
- Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- If you've forgotten the password, reset it from the client area or contact support.
