Once you log into cPanel you'll see a home screen full of icons. It looks busy at first, but everything is grouped logically. This guide explains each section so you can find what you need in seconds.
The top of the screen
Across the top you'll normally see your username and server details, a search box (type to jump to a tool), and quick-access buttons like "Log out". The search box is the fastest way to find anything — start typing "file", "email" or "database" and the matching tool appears.
Accounts and statistics
A sidebar or top band usually shows your usage stats:
- Disk space used vs available
- Bandwidth used this month
- Email accounts and storage
- Physical memory (Inodes / MySQL usage)
Watch disk space in particular — if it fills up, websites and email stop working correctly.

What if a tool isn't in my dashboard?
Hosts can customise cPanel, and features can be disabled on certain plans or versions. If you can't find something you expect to see, try the search box first, then check with WebFulHost support.
