Webmail is a version of your email inbox that runs in your web browser. It's perfect for checking mail from any computer, or while you're away from your phone. WebFulHost webmail works over a secure connection and includes the standard folders you'd expect.
How to open webmail
- Log into cPanel.
- In the Email section, click Email Accounts.
- Find your account and click Check Email (or Access Webmail).
You can also go directly to your webmail address and sign in with the full email address and password. The exact address is typically webmail.yourdomain.com — the link inside cPanel is the most reliable way to reach it.

Use the full email address (e.g. hello@yourdomain.com) and the password you set when creating the account.
What you can do in webmail
- Read, reply to, forward and delete messages.
- Attach files and send new mail.
- Organise messages into folders.
- Set an out-of-office / autoreply while you're on leave.
Webmail vs a mail app
Webmail is convenient, but a desktop app (Outlook, Mail on iPhone/Android, Gmail) offers push notifications and offline access. The good news: they can both read the same inbox at the same time. Use IMAP (not POP3) to keep everything in sync — see the email settings guide.
