To connect your WebFulHost email account to an email app, you need a small set of server settings. They're all listed here — keep this page handy when you set up a new device.
The mail server address
The majority of WebFulHost mailboxes live on the mail server for your own domain. In an app, incoming and outgoing server addresses are usually your full domain with a mail. prefix:
mail.yourdomain.com
If your domain uses other nameservers or your email is on a separate server, the exact hostname is in your welcome email and client area. When setting up your first account, the "server host" is your own domain-based address above.

IMAP vs POP3 — which should you use?
IMAP keeps mail on the server and syncs across devices. Delete a message on your phone and it disappears on your computer too. This is the right choice for almost everyone.
POP3 downloads mail to one device and usually removes it from the server. Only choose POP3 if you have a specific reason to keep mail only on one computer.
About ports and SSL
WebFulHost mail servers support encryption. Use the SSL/TLS options shown above — your email app will offer SSL, TLS or STARTTLS wording. Don't use the plain, unencrypted ports; secure connections protect your password as it travels to the server.
Is spam filtering included?
Yes. WebFulHost mailboxes include SpamAssassin filtering on the server, and webmail includes a spam folder. Legitimate mail occasionally gets mis-filed — read Email Going to Spam to tune it.
