Setting up your WebFulHost email on an iPhone usually takes less than two minutes. The iPhone's Mail app can auto-detect your settings; if it can't, the manual steps below use the same values you'd configure anywhere else.
Automatic setup
- Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
- Tap Other > Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, full email address, password and an optional description, then tap Next.
- Wait while the iPhone looks up the settings. If it succeeds you'll be taken to a summary screen — turn on Mail, and Notes if you'd like that mailbox's notes, then tap Save.
Manual setup (IMAP)
If automatic detection doesn't find your mailbox, the phone will bring up a form. Choose IMAP and enter:

- Tap Next. The phone verifies the incoming server.
- On the outgoing server row, tap it to edit its port and encryption: set Use SSL on, Port 465 (or 587 with TLS), and authentication on. Your phone may show a Server not verified message — tapping Continue is fine when the address matches your own domain.
- Tap Save.
Note: use your full email address as the username — just the part before the @ won't work on most WebFulHost mailboxes.
"Cannot Get Mail" error
If Mail shows Cannot Get Mail, check the password you entered (reset it in cPanel if unsure) and confirm the host name has no spaces or extra letters. Mail will retry automatically once fixed.
